UiPath has appointed Yashdeep Vaishnav as Managing Director and Country Manager for India. He will expand the company’s business orchestration and automation operations, customer base and partner network in the country.
Vaishnav will push Indian businesses to adopt more of UiPath’s solutions as they scale AI and automation across operations. He brings more than 23 years of experience in technology and go-to-market leadership, with senior roles at Snowflake, Salesforce, VTEX, Melento and Oracle. His work spans India, South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East and Africa.
At Salesforce, he built and grew the Digital Experience business in India. Contract value rose several times over five years, and he developed a base of more than 270 customers. At Snowflake, he led enterprise go-to-market work in banking and financial services, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and conglomerates, driving revenue growth and winning strategic deals.
The move comes as companies shift from AI pilot projects to full deployment across business functions. UiPath’s business orchestration platform brings AI agents, automation, enterprise systems and employees together to coordinate business processes.
Vaishnav said Indian businesses now look for measurable results at scale rather than simply exploring AI. He plans to work with customers and partners in key sectors to improve operations and free employees for higher-value tasks.
Karl Crowther, Area Vice President for the Middle East and Africa and South Asia at UiPath, said Vaishnav’s record in business growth, customer relationships and partner development will support the company’s expansion in India.
